St. Stephen’s Church, Baden
We will provide the music for an evening Mass at St Stephen’s Church in Baden, a small spa town south of Vienna, with a rich cultural life.
Although Baden is smaller than Vienna, it has an important past for both music and history. Mozart, for example, composed his “Ave verum” especially for this church. The organ dates back to the year 1787 and comes originally from Vienna. It was restored in the year 1987.
We will sing the Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus & Benedictus, and Agnus Dei during the Mass, as well as some of our other anthems. We may sing a short concert with the remaining music we have prepared immediately following the Mass itself.
